One chat for everything: create content, ask your audience, generate images
Writing, research, asking your audience and creating images now all happen in one single chat. What changes and where to find everything.
One input box for everything
You no longer pick a tool and you no longer switch modes. You type what you need, and the chat decides by itself whether to research, ask your Digital Twins, write a text or create an image.
✅ All your data is still there: chats, documents, audiences, Digital Twins, brand voices and favorites are untouched. Only where you use them has changed.

What changed, at a glance
| Before | Now |
|---|---|
| Three tabs on the home page: Ask your audience, Create content, Create images | One input box for everything, under "Where should we start?" |
| A toggle between chat mode and audience mode | No toggle. The chat reads your message and picks the right tool |
| A separate ChatFlash and a separate Digital Twins chat | One chat that can write, research and ask your twins, in one continuous conversation |
| Favorites section on the home page | Your favorites are now a quick action directly below the input box |
| You had to know which AI model was good at what | Smart selection picks the right model per message. You can still pin a specific one |
💡 Tip: The "Ask your audience and create content. All in one chat." hint on the home page disappears by itself once you've used the chat. It's just a bridge for the first days.
Where to find the chat
It's the same chat everywhere, only the place differs:
| Place | Best for |
|---|---|
| Home page | The big input box under "Where should we start?". Typing starts a new chat. |
| AI Writer side panel | The chat next to your document. Here it can read the document, including text you haven't saved yet. |
What the chat can do on its own
You never pick a tool. You describe what you want, and the chat decides which capability it needs. In the conversation it shows a small card so you see what ran. Depending on your plan, that includes:
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Research & web | |
| Web search | Searches the web live and cites the sources, for anything current such as news, prices, trends or competitors |
| Read web page | Reads one specific URL you paste, for example a competitor's landing page |
| SEO | |
| Keyword overview | Search volume, CPC, competition, search intent, trend |
| Related keywords | Long-tail variants for a content cluster |
| Google results | The top results for a keyword including SERP features |
| SEO check | Scores your text against the pages that rank and tells you which terms are missing |
| Audience | |
| Ask Digital Twins | Collects opinions, ratings and reactions from your audience. More under Your audience in the chat |
| Text quality | |
| FlashScore | Readability and emotionality from 0 to 100, also for several variants side by side |
| Plagiarism check | Matches your text against published sources |
| Images | |
| Create image | From a description, or edit an image from the chat or one you attached: restyle, swap the background, remove something |
| Enlarge image | Upscale 2x or 4x for print and large screens |
| Your content | |
| Read document | The document open in the AI Writer, for example "summarize what I wrote" or "proofread my text" |
| Read attachment | Attached files: images, PDF, text, markdown, CSV, JSON and code |
💡 Tip: Your Digital Twins are asked automatically whenever you ask for an opinion. You don't have to write "ask my twins".
Your audience in the chat: who answers?
This is what the mode toggle used to control. Now you do it with the audience button below the input box:
- Pick an audience: The button shows which audience the chat is working with. Switch any time, create a new one, or work without an audience.
- Who exactly answers: The small avatar stack next to the button opens a picker for the Digital Twins in that audience, all of them or just a few. Handy when your audience has 20 twins and you only want three opinions. You can also just say it: "Ask only Marco."
- No audience selected? The chat doesn't stop. It shows a picker inside the conversation, suggests fitting audiences and continues once you've chosen. "Not now" skips it.
- What you see: One card per twin with their answer (name, role), then a summary with the average, the spread, what worked and the main criticism.
💡 Tip: Twins answer in their own language. It comes from the audience, not from your question.
Three settings per chat: model, brand voice, audience
Below the input box you'll see three permanent buttons. They apply to the whole chat. If you change one, it takes effect from the next message on.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Model | Which AI model answers. Default is Smart selection: the chat picks the right model per message, a strong one for writing, a fast one for research. You can pin a specific model any time, it then sticks for this chat. |
| Brand voice | The brand voice the chat writes in. |
| Audience | Which audience the chat works with and which twins answer (see Your audience in the chat). |
To the right of each answer, three small icons show which model, brand voice and audience produced that message. Useful when you changed a setting mid-chat and wonder why two answers sound different.
Practical tips
- Type "/" to open the prompt library right above the input box, with ready-made prompts by category (blog, email, social media, ads, e-commerce, HR, sales and more).
- Optimize prompt (✨): Once you've typed something, the sparkle rewrites it into a better prompt. One click undoes it.
- Attach files: Drag and drop or via +. Images up to 10 MB, PDF up to 5 MB, text files up to 2 MB, 15 MB in total per message. Word, Excel and PowerPoint aren't supported: paste the text or save as PDF.
- Voice input: Dictate via the microphone. The text lands in the input box and you can still edit it before sending.
- Keep going: After every answer the chat suggests up to three follow-up questions ("Ask next") and up to three next steps ("Suggested actions"), for example turning the research into a report or a messaging overview.
- Edit your own message: Creates a second version. The arrows (1 / 2) switch between versions.
- Download a report: The menu at the top right of the chat downloads the conversation as a branded HTML file, with answers, sources, keyword tables and twin answers, print-ready or saveable as PDF. Generated images stay in the chat and aren't part of the report.
- Language: The chat answers in the language you write in, regardless of the interface language.
- Long conversations: When a chat gets very long, the chat summarizes older messages for itself to keep the thread. You still see the full conversation, a marker shows where the summary took over.
Examples you can type right away
- "Rate this headline from 1 to 10: …"
- "What are the 5 biggest trends in our industry in 2026? With sources."
- "Write three LinkedIn posts about … and ask my audience which one works best."
- "Create a 16:9 image: …"
What the chat does not do by itself
- It doesn't write into your document unasked. You decide with "Copy into document" or "Insert into document" what gets taken over.
- It doesn't invent twins. With no audience selected it asks. It never makes up opinions.
- It doesn't hide plan limits. If a capability isn't in your plan or your monthly quota is used up, you get a clear card ("Not included in your plan" or "You ran out of credits") and the chat carries on with what it can do. Your current capacity is always shown below the input box, with a countdown to the reset.
- Enlarging an image never changes what it shows. Changing the content is a new image.
FAQ
Where did the toggle between chat and audience go?
You don't need it any more. Just ask for an opinion ("What does my audience think of …?") and the chat asks your Digital Twins. You control who answers via the audience button below the input box.
Where are my favorites?
As a quick action directly below the chat input box on the home page.
Why does the chat answer itself instead of asking my twins?
If your message doesn't read like a request for an opinion or rating, the chat answers directly. Make it explicit ("Rate …", "How does my audience react to …", "Ask my audience …") or pick the twins via the avatar stack next to the audience button.
Can I still use a specific AI model?
Yes. Pick one via the model button, the choice sticks for this chat. Which models are available depends on your plan.
Are my old chats still there?
Yes. Nothing was deleted.
Why do I see "Not included in your plan"?
Some capabilities (for example read web page, SEO keyword data, enlarge image) are tied to specific plans. Others (SEO check, plagiarism check, images) have a monthly quota. The card tells you what's missing. "See plans" shows your options.
